Job Description:

As a Beautician, your primary responsibility will be to provide a wide range of beauty services to our clients. From haircuts to facials, and massages to manicures, you will be tasked with enhancing the natural beauty of our clientele. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Hair Care Services:

• Performing various hair-cutting and styling techniques for female clients.
• Providing hair treatments such as coloring, highlighting, and deep conditioning.
• Advising clients on suitable hairstyles and hair care routines to maintain healthy locks.

2. Facial Treatments:

• Administering facial treatments tailored to the specific needs of individual clients.
• Conducting skin analyses to determine the most suitable products and techniques.
• Performing facial massages, exfoliations, and extractions to promote skin health and vitality.

3. Body Massages:

• Offering a variety of massage techniques to relax muscles and alleviate tension.
• Customizing massages based on client preferences and any specific areas of concern.
• Guiding post-massage care to maximize the benefits of the treatment.

4. Nail Care Services:

• Performing manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
• Offering additional services such as nail art, gel polish, and acrylic extensions.
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and equipment used during nail treatments.

5. Customer Service:

• Greeting clients upon arrival and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Listening attentively to client preferences and concerns to deliver personalized services.
• Educating clients on proper beauty maintenance practices and recommending products for home use.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Beautician, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a 10th-grade education, with preference given to candidates who have completed formal training in cosmetology or beauty therapy.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Age: Must be between 18 and 50 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, including male and female candidates.
• Skills: Proficiency in all types of hair cutting for female clients, facial treatments, massages, and other beauty services.
