Job Description:
As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our esteemed clientele. Your primary duties will include:

Utilize your expertise to ensure each client receives personalized and exceptional service tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
2. Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any specific concerns they may have. Offer professional advice and recommendations to help clients achieve their desired look and maintain healthy skin and hair.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products to recommend suitable products for clients and promote retail sales.
4. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe working environment for clients and staff members. Follow proper sanitation practices for tools, equipment, and workstations to prevent the spread of infections.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel welcome, comfortable, and valued throughout their salon experience. Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience in a similar role.
- Age: Between 18 to 50 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for females, facial treatments, massages, and other beauty services. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
