Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
3. Providing assistance with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
4. Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation.
6. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' performance.
7. Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
8. Ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
2. Teaching certification or diploma in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' individual needs.
7. Reliable and punctual.
