Job Description: As a home tutor in Mahasamund, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students in various subjects. Your duties will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs and objectives.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and study materials to enhance students' understanding of key concepts.
3. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement, motivation, and confidence.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' performance and discuss any concerns or challenges.
6. Keeping abreast of educational trends and incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
• A valid teaching certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in explaining complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
