Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Providing comprehensive instruction in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Motivating and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
6. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and areas for improvement.
7. Incorporating innovative teaching techniques to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Possessing a Diploma in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed), or Master of Education (M.Ed, M.P.Ed) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Age between 18 to 60 years.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' academic growth.
