Job Title: Home Tutor

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students in classes 5th to 12th.
- Creating customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' learning styles and needs.
- Providing regular feedback and progress reports to students and parents/guardians.
- Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' academic growth and confidence.
- Incorporating interactive teaching methods and activities to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Education: Candidates must have a minimum of a Graduate degree and hold a valid certification in education such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience is required.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Subject Expertise: Proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
