Job Description:

Are you passionate about teaching and helping students reach their full potential? We are looking for dedicated and experienced Home Tutors to join our team in Bijnor. As a Home Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students from 5th to 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the student's learning needs.
2. Create and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's academic level and goals.
3. Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their learning progress.
4. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and areas for improvement.
5. Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to make learning engaging and interactive.
6. Monitor and assess student performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
3. Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
