Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting personalized lessons based on the student's learning needs and goals.
2. Creating engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
3. Assessing student progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Encouraging and motivating students to develop a positive attitude towards learning.
5. Utilizing various teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
6. Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment during sessions.
7. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, etc., will be an advantage.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
6. Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Male/Female, both are welcome to apply.

Class Level: Classes 5th to 12th

Working Hours: Flexible, based on student availability and scheduling.

Location: Sessions will be conducted at the student's home in Barabanki.
