Job Title: Home Tutor

Location: Erode Education: Graduate degree in any discipline, with additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, either in a school setting or as a private tutor. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the individual learning needs of each student.
2. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress reports to parents/guardians.
4. Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
5. Subject Expertise: Specialize in one or more subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc., based on your expertise and the students' requirements.
6. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with parents/guardians regarding students' academic performance and any concerns or challenges.
7. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to enhance your teaching skills.
