Job Title: Home Tutor

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized tutoring to students from class 5th to 12th, covering subjects as per the curriculum.
- Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their strengths and weaknesses.
- Utilize creative teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
- Monitor students' progress, track their performance, and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students' educational goals and academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized university with a degree in any discipline.
- Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching/tutoring for at least 1 year.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions.
