Job Description:

Role: Home Tutor
Location: Patiala
Education: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed any
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Male and Female both
Classes: 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Developing personalized learning plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses.
3. Helping students understand concepts, improve study skills, and achieve academic success.
4. Providing feedback to parents and tracking students' progress.

Requirements:

1. Graduation in any relevant field and a teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed any).
2. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' individual needs.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
