Job Description:

• Education Requirements: You should have a minimum of a Graduate degree along with any of the following qualifications: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent. A strong academic background in the subject you wish to teach is preferred.
• Experience: We require a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, either as a private tutor, in a school, or a coaching institute. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate concepts and engage students in learning.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Gender: Both male and female tutors are welcome to apply.
• Subjects: Tutors are needed for various subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, Languages, and more. You should be comfortable teaching at least one or more of these subjects.
• Class Levels: You will be responsible for teaching students from class 5th to 12th. Tailoring your teaching methods to suit the needs of each student and ensuring their understanding and progress is essential.
• Location: The tutoring sessions will be conducted at the students' homes in Puducherry. You should have reliable transportation to travel to different locations within the city.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the individual learning needs of each student.
2. Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and devise strategies to help them improve.
3. Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and discuss any concerns.
4. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to excel academically and develop a love for learning.
5. Keep abreast of educational trends and techniques to continuously enhance your teaching skills and effectiveness.
