As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

4. Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
5. Encouraging and motivating students to develop effective study habits and a positive attitude towards learning.
6. Collaborating with parents and teachers to track students' academic performance and address any concerns or challenges.
7. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, including lesson plans, progress reports, and feedback.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience in a similar role.
2. Education qualifications such as Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
3. Strong subject knowledge in areas relevant to the curriculum for classes 5th to 12th.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
6. Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years, open to both male and female candidates.
