Job Description:
- Planned and delivered engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure comprehension and mastery of concepts.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
- Use a variety of teaching resources and techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Foster a love for learning and promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and study skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methods, and educational trends to improve teaching practices continuously.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements:
