Age Range: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Job Description: As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized and interactive tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
• Creating customized lesson plans based on the students' learning needs and curriculum requirements.
• Providing clear explanations and examples to help students understand complex concepts.
• Using a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Encouraging and motivating students to develop a love for learning and achieve their academic goals.
• Maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress.
• Adhering to the academic standards and guidelines set by educational boards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong academic background with a degree in Education (Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
• Proven experience in teaching/tutoring, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual student needs.
