Job Title: Home Tutor

Location: Sivasagar

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Sivasagar. As a Home Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective teaching to students from class 5th to 12th.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
• Developing customized lesson plans based on the student's learning needs and goals.
• Providing feedback and assessment to track student progress.
• Creating a conducive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student's performance and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student's learning styles.
• Passionate about education and helping students succeed.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
