Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, engaging with customers through telephone calls to promote our products/services, address their queries, and build lasting relationships. This role requires a blend of communication finesse, empathy, and sales acumen to ensure a delightful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales, and customer details. Follow up on leads diligently to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to articulate features, benefits, and value propositions convincingly. Address customer queries confidently and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing sales objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions. Strive to understand their preferences, anticipate their needs, and foster loyalty to the brand.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to overall organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
