Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products or services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and persuade them to purchase our offerings.

Your duties will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
2. Presenting products or services persuasively to potential customers.
3. Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
4. Providing accurate information about products or services to customers.
5. Addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
6. Recording details of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or referrals.
8. Achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education: Minimum qualification required is 12th grade, but a graduation degree is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales is required.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
7. Persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.

10. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
