Position Title: Telecaller

Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales efforts of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to take the desired action.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions to determine their level of interest and suitability as a customer.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents to meet with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary follow-up support.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls. Address any queries or concerns they may have, provide additional information as needed, and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Consistently strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
6. Data Management: Update customer databases and records with accurate information obtained during calls. Ensure all interactions are properly documented for future reference and analysis.
7. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, guidelines, and scripts while making calls. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade to Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
• Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
