Position: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in conversation to promote our products or services and generate interest.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services offered. Address any concerns or questions they may have professionally and courteously.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation techniques. Gather necessary information and maintain a database of potential customers for future follow-up.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Stay updated on any changes or new offerings within the company.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and providing support in closing deals. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and readily accessible for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales role.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persist in reaching sales targets.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
