Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. Listen actively to their queries, address concerns, and provide accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales. Employ effective sales techniques, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Update customer information in the database to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up activities.
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build rapport with customers, and encourage repeat business. Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for optimizing sales performance. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
