Responsibilities:

- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote products or services to potential customers through persuasive communication techniques. Utilize product knowledge to highlight features and benefits, ultimately driving sales and revenue generation for the company.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and understanding their needs. Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Update customer databases regularly to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language (mention the specific language if necessary). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
