Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? Are you passionate about helping individuals and providing excellent service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Telecaller.

Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone. You will be tasked with:

1. Making outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products or services.
2. Following scripts to provide information about our offerings and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
3. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints professionally and courteously.
4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in our database.
5. Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales or appointments set.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. However, candidates with a higher educational background, up to graduation level, are encouraged to apply.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales will be advantageous.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Persuasive abilities to effectively sell products or services.
4. Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address concerns.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
