Position: Telecaller

Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products/services, generating sales leads, or gathering information. Your primary goal will be to engage customers in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact lists or leads generated through various channels.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers in a compelling manner.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and gather relevant information for further follow-up by the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication, active listening, and demonstrating empathy towards their concerns.
- Information Gathering: Conduct surveys or collect feedback from customers to gather insights that can contribute to improving our products/services or refining our marketing strategies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange appointments or product demonstrations for interested customers with the relevant sales personnel.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, feedback received, and follow-up actions taken.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversion as outlined by the team leaders or management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (preferred) to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, demonstrate active listening, and handle objections professionally to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Target Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets within specified timelines.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate CRM software, maintain records, and generate reports as required.
