Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their inquiries or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products or services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing customers. Listen to their inquiries, concerns, or feedback attentively, and provide accurate information or solutions promptly. Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience on every call.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized interactions. Address any issues or complaints raised by customers professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, sales details, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate from any recognized board or university.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and empathize with customers' needs.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively close deals.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changes and handle pressure efficiently.
