Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and closing sales. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
4. Listen attentively to customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
5. Maintain a database of customer information, call logs, and sales activities using our CRM software.
6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve overall customer experience.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
