Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
• Building rapport with customers and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Providing information about our products/services and addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.

2. Sales and Marketing:

• Identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling products/services to existing customers.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Following up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collecting customer feedback and conveying it to the relevant departments for product/service improvement.

3. Data Management:

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Updating customer information in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generating reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, although a higher educational background is preferred. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. - Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old. - Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
