Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products/services persuasively to secure sales opportunities or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers courteously and professionally. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from leads to assess their needs and interests.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers. Keep detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and feedback for future reference.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Consistently strive to improve conversion rates and overall productivity.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Effectively communicate product information to customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to optimize sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related field. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is desirable.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and convey information effectively.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs, objections, and preferences. Ability to tailor communication approach based on individual customer requirements.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and perseverance in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate CRM software, enter data, and generate reports. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
