Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Understand their requirements, address their queries, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their benefits and features to generate interest and sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and promote additional products/services. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues or complaints to uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer details in the CRM system. Keep track of leads, follow-up schedules, and sales pipelines to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum of 12th-grade education, although a graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Experience in telesales or telecalling will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
