Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services and engage potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources through cold calling, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, pricing, and other related concerns.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing team. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Target Orientation: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
