Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and encourage them to make a purchase or set up an appointment.
2. Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their queries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy, striving to understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, including customer details, interactions, and outcomes, using our CRM software or designated database.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors, participate in training sessions, and implement best practices to enhance your performance and achieve personal and team goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other technology tools effectively.
