As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately, drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight their features and benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
4. Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase by effectively communicating product/service value propositions.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Data Entry: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the database.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi/English.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-lasting relationships.
5. Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry skills.
