Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

3. Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients. Identify potential leads and gather relevant information for follow-up by our sales team.
4. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
5. Database Management: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for future reference.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate. A solid educational foundation is essential for effective communication and comprehension.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required. Previous experience in telesales or customer service will be an advantage.
