Job Description:

4. Maintaining Records: Accurately record details of conversations, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system. Maintain up-to-date customer information for future reference.
5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving individual and team goals.
6. Adhering to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations during all interactions with customers.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance your effectiveness as a Telecaller.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. Graduates are preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles. Experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
