Job Description:

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or database.
2. Introducing our products/services to customers and explaining their features and benefits.
3. Engaging with customers courteously and professionally to build rapport and trust.
4. Identifying and understanding customer needs and addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
5. Following up on leads and maintaining a record of all interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
7. Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals and sharing best practices.
8. Staying updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
