Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing overall sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present information about our products or services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team through proactive calling efforts.
4. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
6. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th-grade education required; graduation preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
