Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to potential and existing customers using prepared scripts to promote products/services, answer inquiries, and gather information.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and data collection techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
