Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling and market research to expand our customer base.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in our database and update information as necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Support: Assist customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, orders, and other relevant information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide support in achieving sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers to take desired actions through effective communication.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections positively, with a resilient attitude to bounce back and continue engaging with prospects.

- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 12th grade education required; graduation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
