Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and effectively persuade prospects to take desired actions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Listen to their queries, address their concerns, and provide accurate information about our offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about potential customers' needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior to generate quality leads for our sales team.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed. Nurture leads through consistent communication, build rapport, and guide them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Maintain high productivity levels while delivering exceptional results to contribute to organizational growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Update CRM systems or databases with relevant information to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices for optimizing sales performance. Work together towards common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A strong educational background demonstrates the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Prior experience equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
