Job Telecaller

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and generate leads. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services persuasively and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Keep accurate records of all interactions and update the database regularly.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a telemarketing or sales role.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Persuasive negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
