Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with customers over the phone to provide exceptional service, promote our products/services, and generate leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and database management to expand our customer base.
4. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing options.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and offering additional products/services as per their requirements.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
