Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our products or services, addressing their inquiries, and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Your role will involve:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products or services to generate interest and drive sales.
4. Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues or concerns, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate department, if needed.
5. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
6. Data Entry: Accurately recording customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company database or CRM system.
7. Adhering to Guidelines: Following company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (12th) or equivalent. Graduates are preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
• Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers' needs.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry skills.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities or strategies.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
