Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide assistance as needed. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Customer Interaction: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and answer incoming calls from existing customers. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers. Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussion.
3. Handling Queries: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Update customer information in the database regularly.
5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work towards achieving individual and team goals effectively.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-learning initiatives. Apply new knowledge to improve performance and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to persuade customers.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as needed.
