Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your role will involve:

1. Outbound Calls: Making proactive calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our offerings and generate interest.
2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Presenting product/service features and benefits persuasively to encourage customer acquisition and retention.
4. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through strategic questioning and information gathering.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships and facilitate conversion.
6. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
7. Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in [mention languages preferred].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
