About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, or gather market information. Your role will involve engaging in meaningful conversations, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information about our products/services to enhance their interest and satisfaction.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals, maintaining a high level of productivity to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM software for effective tracking and follow-up.
5. Market Research: Conduct surveys or gather market intelligence by asking relevant questions during calls to understand customer preferences, needs, and market trends, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers, influencing their purchasing decisions.
7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align calling activities with ongoing campaigns, share feedback on customer responses, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders, male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, empathy, and patience to handle diverse customer inquiries and objections.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office applications, and internet browsing.
• Persistence: Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and objections positively, maintaining a positive attitude and focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and regulations governing telemarketing activities.
