Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to present our offerings persuasively.

3. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers courteously and professionally to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product/service information.

5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
