Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
2. Introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits to customers.
3. Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
4. Handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
6. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Recording details of every interaction, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our CRM system.
8. Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
9. Continuously learning about our products/services and industry trends to enhance your sales pitch.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in a sales environment.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
5. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
8. Positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to continuously improve.
9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
