Job Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone to provide information, address concerns, and promote our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary responsibility will be to make calls and follow scripts to promote our offerings, schedule appointments, or gather information.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, billing issues, and general concerns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products/services to potential customers. Persuade them to engage with our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from leads to determine their interest level and follow up accordingly to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Update customer information in the database to ensure data integrity and facilitate future communications.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Problem-solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues on time.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to navigate CRM software or databases.
