Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers over the phone to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to take action. You will also handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Provide information about products/services, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally and courteously.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Update customer information in the database as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. Share insights and feedback to improve overall sales performance.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data privacy, and ethical standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Higher education up to graduation is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders, male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure in a high-volume sales environment. Resilience and persistence are key attributes for success in this role.
