Position Telecaller

We are currently seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Patiala. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer service efforts, contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or subscribe to our services.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Listen to their queries, provide accurate information about products/services, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
3. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. Focus on achieving individual and team goals to contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques. Gather relevant information about customer requirements and preferences to tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
6. Database Management: Update customer databases with accurate and relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities. Generate reports on call outcomes, sales performance, and other key metrics as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) or equivalent. Graduates preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role is required. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (Punjabi) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. Empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Persistence: Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and objections. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and keep motivated in a high-pressure sales environment.
